Once you order the card from the App, it is sent by 1st Class Royal Mail delivery, and it should arrive within 3-5 working days.
Your card will be in a plain windowed envelope with no Blackthorn branding – this is for security reasons.
To order a Blackthorn card, you will need to have a verified Blackthorn Individual Account. The card can only be requested by UK residents (fees may apply, please check our Fees - Personal section).

You can order the Blackthorn card from the App under the “Card” tab. A Blackthorn card will not be shipped automatically, you must request it manually in the "Card" tab.
You will need to agree to the Blackthorn card Terms and Conditions to proceed.
