To validate a Corporate Account you will need to send the following:

• Application Forms (which will be provided by our Onboarding Team):

  • Corporate application form

  • Financial Institution Form

    Terms and conditions to be approved and signed

• Supporting Documents:

  • Trading proof of address if different from registered address

  • Companies organisational structure identifying the UBO/parents/sister company (if complex)

  • Valid proof of ID for all directors and beneficial owners with more than 10% shares

  • Proof of address dated within the last 3 months for all directors and beneficial owners with more than 10% shares

  • Evidence of where the source of funds will come from

  • Latest financial statements or business plan for companies under 2 years old

  • AML and CTF policy (and procedures)

  • Geographical Risk Assessment

  • Fraud policy and procedures

  • Transaction Monitoring and suspicious activity reports (SARS) policies - if not included in your financial crime policy

  • PEP and Sanctions policy - if not contained in the AML policy

  • The CV of the MLRO

  • Certified corporate documents (listed below) will be requested for clients outside of the UK and in some cases apostilled corporate documents may be requested Certificate of incorporation or equivalent document

  • Articles/Memorandum of Association or equivalent document

  • Shareholders register or equivalent document

  • Directors register or equivalent

• Requirements

  • ID documents must be valid and in colour (passports must show both pages / ID cards must show front and back)

  • Proof of address documents should either be a utility bill (water, gas, electricity) or a bank statement

  • We cannot accept scanned/screenshot documents, all documents must be either in photo format or a downloadable pdf

  • All mandatory fields on the application form must be filled out before your application can be reviewed

  • All documents listed above must be provided, in the case where they cannot please notify us of re-submission
