Using the Mobile App:

Download the Mobile App:

Click on Sign up and follow the instructions.

Please note: You will need to provide ID proof / Passport / Driving license / 3 Months bank statements
Using the Desktop Web Portal:

Click on Private account

Click on the create button

On the “sign up” page provide the required information.

To open an Individual Account:

We will need to verify your identity through photographic ID (Passport, Driving License or National ID card)

You will also need to provide proof of address that’s not older then 3 months
Please make sure that the document meets the below criteria:

The ID document needs to be valid and not expired or due to expire within the next 3 months

The full document is legible - i.e. nothing is obstructing the details on it

The light of the camera’s flash doesn’t obscure any part of the document
-
Contains your full name and matches the details of your address

Please ensure that the file is in a JPEG, JPG, DOC, DOCX, JNG, GIF or PDF format

Black and white scans and document copies cannot be accepted
