Using the Mobile App:
You can only access your Individual Account on the Mobile App.

Open the Mobile App

At the bottom of the screen, click Already have an account? Sign in

Select the country you signed up from, enter your phone number and password – Click on Continue
Once you are logged in the App, you can set up the bio-metrics by clicking on Menu and then Settings.
Using the Web Portal:
Please note: Individual Accounts are currently linked to the platform you are signing up with, this means that if you signed up/logged in via the App you can only access through the App, same for Web portal.

Enter your registered email address and password

You will need to enter the 7 digit-number that you receive on your registered mobile number by text or on your Authenticator app (depending on what you set up, the text is the default setting, check our FAQ to see how to setup the Authenticator app login) - then click on Verify.
You can open a new account in minutes, all new accounts are required to go through a verification process.
We will endeavour to complete this process as quickly as possible:

Individual accounts are usually verified within 24 hours of application.

Corporate accounts can take 48-72 hours of application.
Please note, that we may require further documents to complete the verification process.
